“Van Zandt was accepted into the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1962. In the spring of his sophomore year, his parents flew to Boulder to bring Townes back to Houston, apparently worried about his binge drinking and episodes of depression.[14] They admitted him to Galveston’s University of Texas Medical Branch, where he was diagnosed with manic depression. He received three months of insulin shock therapy, which erased much of his long-term memory.[7][14] In 1965, he was accepted into the University of Houston’s pre-law program. My 68 year old father was talking to me about Twitter yesterday.
Twitter is officially uncool.
The sooner it dies the better. Unfortunately it won’t die, Google will buy it up int he next 6 months and monetize the shit out of it.
